  • Hydrate
    Drink 8-10 glasses of water every day. This will help keep your scalp healthy and will put your overly active sebaceous glands in check. At the same time, you will have a healthier body and skin.
  • Take a break
    Stress is also a big factor on your hyperactive sebaceous glands. Make sure that you take time to unwind and leave the stress of the day in the office. Make time for yourself to do relaxing exercises like yoga, walking, Pilates, etc. Not only will this help manage your oily hair but it will also help you live a healthy lifestyle.
